Helge Kaiser studied Media Technology
with the main focus on AV- and Broadcast-Systems in connection
with IP-based distribution systems. Writing his thesis about
the new mobile Broadcast-Standard DVB-H that will be established
at the end of 2007, he has detailed knowledge in digital television
(DVB), all types of transfer (via satellite, cable or terrestrial)
and the analogue-to-digital conversion of these. Helge worked
for different TV-Production companies and knows the technique
needed for television broadcast systems. |
